Omoba (Engr.) Adebayo Sola Osiberu – BOARD  CHAIRMAN

Omoba (Engr.) Adebayo Sola Osiberu is the Managing Director of Julie Manny Products Ltd, a food processing and marketing company located in Sagamu and its associate company Gbonju Farms Ltd.

He is also a Director of Kemeng Services Ltd – a chemical and process engineering company and Reyog International Nig. Ltd – an engineering consulting and construction firm.

He retired from Chemical and Allied Products Ltd as the head of sales and administration in Lagos having worked in various parts of Nigeria managing the accounts of the heavy industries (Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer, Steel, Power generation, etc).

Bayo is a graduate of the Postgraduate School of the University of Benin where he
obtained his master’s degree in Business Administration. He had his first degree in
Chemical Engineering from the University of Ife(now Obafemi Awolowo University).

He is a COREN certified Engineer and a Fellow of the Nigerian Society of Chemical
Engineering (NSChE). He was the National Treasurer of the NSChE for many years.
