Prof. Adeyinka A. Ilori – DIRECTOR

He is the managing partner of YAAD and Associates (legal and property consultants); principal partner of Yinka Ilori and Co (Chartered Accountants) specializing in accounting practice, taxation, financial and management consultancy.

He is also an entrepreneur and hotelier; chairman and chief executive officer of Greenland suites hotel operating both in Sagamu and Lagos.

He has worked in many private companies but retired as Group General Manager Finance and Investigation from CFAO NIG PLC – an International conglomerate with head office in France.

Prof. Ilori has consulted for Internal Revenue Service Lagos and Ogun on tax matters and increased revenue strategic operations. Also as an academician, lectured in many universities both private and public in Nigeria and overseas.

He holds two bachelor degrees (B.sc Accounting and LLB) and a higher diploma in
Accounting all on a first-class basis. And, he has two masters and PHD degrees (MBA, MSC Accounting-UK; PHD Financial Mgt Accounting and won the presidential prizes in all levels of the degree. He is a chartered fellow member of ICAN, CITN, CIPSM, NIM and an associate member of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He is currently a visiting Professor of Accounting at Babcock University Ilisan-Remo, Ogun State.
