Mrs. Moronke O. Bamgbala – DIRECTOR
Moronke Bamgbala Moronke started her career in 1999 with Stanbic Bank Nigeria (now StanbicIBTC Bank), a member of Standard Bank of South Africa (SBSA) in the Corporate Banking and Treasury Departments before joining Intercontinental Capital Markets Limited (ICML) in 2002.
At ICML, she successfully pioneered and managed the assets management unit with responsibilities spanning management of liquidity, money market instruments and equities-based portfolios for the company and its clients. She was the visionary behind the novelty creation of products, treasury, and cost management in ICML.
In 2012, she joined the wealth management team in ARM Investment until early 2014 when she was tasked with the responsibility of developing and implementing the customer experience strategy across the ARM Group. She joined ARM Pensions in October 2014 as Head Customer Experience Management. She was instrumental to the success recorded in the company’s CX transformation initiative. In July 2019, Moronke assumed leadership of the Business Development Department, where she is now responsible for all the client-facing functions – Sales, Relationship Management and Customer Experience Teams. She has been involved in major restructuring across the business to improve processes and business performance.
Moronke holds a B.Sc. in Business from Ogun State University, now Olabisi Onabanjo University. She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and Chartered Institute of Stockbrokers. She holds a certificate in Financial Planning from the Florida State University and an executive MBA from Lagos Business School. She has participated in several management development programmes locally and internationally. Over the years, she has consistently been recognized, commended, and awarded for outstanding performances across various roles.
